Prospective members can choose between three types of membership in the New England Transfer Association (NETA):
- Regular Membership in NETA is open to all individuals employed in institutions of higher education accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and professionally involved in the purpose of NETA.
- Associate Membership is open to all other individuals involved or interested in issues related to the purpose of NETA.
- Associate graduate student/intern membership is also available to current full or part-time graduate students who have an interest in the field, but do not currently work in higher education.
The membership year extends from July 1 to June 30 each year.

Please remember that you will still have to complete the online membership application to create an account and password in order to have access to member resources and for your institution’s name to be featured on our list of NETA members.
The annual membership fee for Regular or Associate membership is $75 per person. When three or more individuals at a single institution submit their applications at the same time with one payment, the annual membership fee is reduced to $55 per person.
The annual membership fee for Associate Graduate Student/Intern Membership is $25 per person. Please note that the Graduate Student/Intern membership is only available to students who DO NOT currently work in higher education.
